R.J. Haynie,
Jr.
Founder

R.J. Haynie is a graduate of the
Aerotechnical Institute in Los Angeles, California, the Cone
Electrical School in Chicago, Illinois, and the Electrical Training
School in Atlanta, Georgia. Although he considers himself
semi-retired, he continues to come in to the office each day and
perform his duties as the man of all trades. Mr. Haynie is the
resident handyman, serving as the painter, carpenter, and welder. |
R.J. "Bobby" Haynie
President

Bobby is a graduate of the Georgia
Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Electrical Engineering. Bobby's duties include the long-range
planning of corporate structure and goals, in relation to the
expansion of facilities, equipment purchases, sales volume
projections, and the distribution of various types of work to be
pursued. The work can include installation and maintenance of
traffic signals, lighting, ITS, and general maintenance. His
duties also include monitoring the overall efficiency of inventory,
fleet, and project related systems.

Nobie L. "Bebe" Haynie
Secretary/Treasurer - Chief Financial Officer
Bebe is the Secretary and Treasurer for RJ
Haynie, Inc., as well as the Chief Financial Officer. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She also graduated from the Independent Electrical Contractors 4 year Apprenticeship Program. She manages
the payroll and all financial transactions performed
by the company and targets cost to performance ratios for highest
efficiency.

Dan Kelly
Vice President/Chief Estimator
Dan is a graduate of Georgia Southern
University with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Technology. Dan is responsible for managing multiple projects,
estimating and obtaining contracts, crew development, and safety
training. His responsibilities also include traffic signal
design, timing, and programming.

Chris Hoenes
Project Manager

Chris is a graduateof the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Chris is responsible for managing projects, estimating jobs and preparing bids. He is also responsible for multiple crews on many different jobs. |

Brandon Oravetz
Project Manager

Brandon is a graduate of Devry University with a Bachelors of Science in Telecommunications Management. Brandon was also in the Army where he was trained in the telecommunications field. Brandons main responsibilities include managing projects and estimating job costs.

Mark Spence
Project Manager

Mark is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic University with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering Technology. He is the Project Manager over our grading division. With 26 years of grading experience which include but not limited too engineering projects, managing projects and estimating projects, Mark has the ability to cover every aspect of any major grading project.

Joe Harris
IT Manager

Joe is a graduate of Georgia College & State
University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information
Systems. Joe is responsible for the security and maintenance
of the computer network, and video surveillance system. His
responsibilities also include web site, video detection maintenance, cabinet
and controller maintenance and utility coordination.

Connie Bentz
Administrative Assistant
Connie performs all administrative duties
for RJ Haynie, Inc. She receives all paperwork from
developers, subcontractors, and government officials and disperses
them accordingly. She is the first contact between all
subcontractors and developers for the company. She also
manages accounts payable, billing, inventory reconciliation, and the
phone system.

H.L. "Hap" Stanley
Human Resource Manager
Hap is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Journalism. He spent 17 years as State Manager
of the American Dairy Association of Georgia followed by six years
as an Executive Recruiter. Hap joined R.J. Haynie and
Assoc., Inc. in July 2001. His current duties include recruiting and
interviewing candidates for employment, maintaining employee
records, and employee annual reviews.

Antonio Evans
Warehouse Manager
Antonio has worked in the warehousing
management business for 16 years and brings his experience to R.J.
Haynie & Assoc., Inc. His duties consist of ordering
supplies and equipment for various projects as well as overseeing
the upkeep and maintenance of all trucks, trailers, and
equipment. |

Russell Lewis
Fleet Manager
Russell is a retired Sergeant First Class with the United States Army. His responsibilities include the overseeing of the entire fleet of vehicles and equipment as well as the management of the maintenance shop. Russell has Twenty Five years of Service Experience on heavy diesel equipment, generators, and electrical components
